From the Graphs view, use the Print Selected Graphs and Save Selected Graphs buttons in the Graphs menu bar rather than the Print button located on the main menu.
Select Print Selected Graphs to launch the Print Setup dialogue and send to a printer.
Select Save Selected Graphs to save as a PDF for digital storage or for use in presentations.
By selecting from the list of options to the right side of the Graph view, you can print or save a number of graphs at one time. This is called batch processing.
Select (check) all desired graphs. Boxes marked with an X are set to print/save.
To select all possible graphs, select (check) Select All.
To clear all current selections, select (check) Clear All.
When using the Play Types tab with Producing Play, some of the graphs (i.e. those relating to costs) cannot be selected. These graphs are not applicable to Producing Play and will be highlighted in burgundy.
