The List View menu is generally consistent across all four data views.
Options include:

| Modify Search |
Returns the user to the Search screen, while retaining the properties of the most recent search. |
| Sort |
Select (click on) the Sort box to display a dropdown menu of sorting options. From the list, select a sorting method and the list view will resort accordingly. |
| Create Graph |
Select (click on) the Create Graph box to display a dropdown menu of graphing options. From the list, select a graph type in order to generate that graph and launch the graphing screen. |
| Records Found |
Displays the total number of records in the found set. |
| Summary |
Check the Summary box to generate a set of statistical tables. See Summaries. |
| View Totals |
Check the View Totals box to generate a table at the bottom of the screen with totals and averages for all applicable data fields. See View Totals. |
| Boe 6:1 |
Check this box to toggle between 6:1 and 10:1 boe calculations.

The List View menu has one additional option when using the Play Types tab and the Trends tab.
Check this box to toggle between Objective Play and Producing Play, and to alter list views and graphs accordingly. If you are unfamiliar with these definitions see Play Assignments.
