Dropdown menus are provided for most fields within the General Information box.
Fields are continuously reviewed and updated to ensure accuracy. For example, the operators menu is updated with every release to reflect mergers, acquisitions and new start-ups.
Producing zones can be picked from an alphabetical list using the Producing Zone dropdown menu. Alternatively, a range of producing zones may be picked using the Producing Zone Range option. Select (click on) the  to bring up the Producing Zone Range table, which is sorted stratigraphically by age.
In the example above, Woodbend and Wabamun have been selected in order to search every formation from Woodbend to Wabamun inclusive.
Search capabilities can also be increased through the use of search modifiers (see Search Modifiers) and multiple records (see Compound Searches).
