Canadian Discovery, through its affiliation with Rakhit Petroleum Consulting
Ltd, brings over twenty years of in-depth technical experience to the table.
Over the years, we have conducted over 300 international geotechnical
studies applicable to both conventional and unconventional exploration and
development. Through our network of distinguished worldwide associates, our
work integrates aspects of geology, hydrodynamics, sedimentology,
geochemistry, petrophysics and geophysics. Our unique approach has
provided new play concepts in mature North American basins (i.e., for
unconventional oil and gas resources) and reduced exploration risks such as
charge and flushing in relatively immature basins like the Oriente and Murzuq.
Whether it is basin analysis, unconventional oil, coalbed methane exploration
or high resolution geology, our state of the art resources (including GIS
platforms, proprietary software development, data integration skills and the
most comprehensive geotechnical data library in the industry) allows as to
address a variety of challenges faced by exploration departments.
